CHARLEROI, Pa. — Police have arrested a second suspect in a shooting that happened 48 hours ago.
The shooting happened in Allegheny County, but the suspect was tracked to a home in Washington County.

Investigators went to Andrew Roberts' home to serve a search warrant for the shooting of a 21-year-old woman early Sunday morning.
The SWAT team was called to the home when he wouldn't come out and the home was surrounded.
Eventually Roberts was taken into custody.
The shooting victim survived and is said to be in stable condition.
