Police: Man raped 2 women, underage girl on separate occasions

SALEM TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A Westmoreland County man is accused of sexually assaulting two women at a party, as well as an underage girl.

Dylan McRoberts, 21, is charged with rape and sexual assault for the alleged incidents, which happened on two separate occasions at his Slickville home, Pennsylvania State Police said.

"During a counseling session, the 13-year-old provided this information and subsequently a Childline investigation was started," said Trooper Steve Limani.

McRoberts met the girl at centennial celebration in town when he allegedly told her he was 16, Limani said. The pair hung out twice in his bedroom, where he forced her legs open to have sex, she allegedly told police.

"Which is statutory rape, just without a doubt," Limani said. "And then you’re talking about different rape charges if he had forcible sexual intercourse with her."

The other incident occurred a few weeks ago when two young women allegedly told police they were invited to a party where they were given alcoholic drinks and forced into a shower, where McRoberts raped them.

They allegedly told police they didn't know who to tell or what to do, and it took them days to report the allegations.

"Maybe some of those things are emotions you have to get through, but if you come forward right away, it’ll help the case and help prosecutors to expedite and prosecute the person who committed that horrible crime," Limani said.

Channel 11 reached out to McRoberts for comment but did not hear back. He is out on bail, with an October court date.
