SOUTH PARK, Pa. - South Park police have arrested someone in connection with a house fire Wednesday morning.
Investigators told Channel 11 the fire started at a home on Grove Road just before 1 a.m.
When firefighters arrived at the scene, flames were shooting through the roof, and the fire quickly escalated to two alarms, officials said.
No one was hurt while fighting the fire, officials said.
Firefighters, the fire marshal and police were at the home for nearly six hours.
A witness told police Jeremy Burton was acting like a "lunatic."
According to police, the man was drunk and setting things on fire in his backyard.
A neighbor told police he saw Burton throwing those items onto the back porch of a neighboring house, setting it on fire.
