Police searching for 3 men accused of carjacking, crashing stolen vehicle

ALLEGHENY CO., Pa. — Allegheny County police are searching for three men accused of crashing a stolen car in Turtle Creek.

According to investigators, the 2012 Audi was taken during a carjacking in Pittsburgh’s West End on Saturday.

Then a day later, police said it was going very fast on the Tri-Boro Expressway. Around 9:30 p.m., an officer found the Audi crashed into a parked car at James and Center streets in Turtle Creek.

Witnesses told police they saw three men running from the scene after the crash. Police searched for them in that area, but they are still on the run.
