Police are calling it a deplorable and disgusting act.

"It seems like he’s happy or proud of what he just did," said state Trooper Steve Limani. "We have a clear picture of him he doesn’t do anything to conceal his identity."

TRENDING NOW:

Investigators have security video of the man in the parking lot "preparing" to go inside the store.

"It’s just unspeakable the way he goes about preparing himself to walk into this store," Limani said. "Walks toward the female clerk fully exposed and proceeds with the transaction of purchasing the iced tea."

The cashier kept her wits about her, finished the sale and then called state police.

Police tell Channel 11 they have had similar incidents of indecent exposure in Hempfield Township  outside of Joann Fabrics and Sonic.

Police made an arrest in one of those cases, but haven't had luck identifying the suspect in the Valero case, which is why they've made the video public now.
