Stretch of wet weather continues into the weekend

PITTSBURGH — Our stretch of wet weather continues into the weekend. 7 of the last 8 days have included showers or a soaking rain, and another round of showers will develop after lunch Saturday.

Steady rain is not expected, but you’ll need the umbrella and rain gear if you’re headed out to sporting events or the store.

Grab the winter coats too-temperatures will struggle to get back into the mid 40s.

To top it off, a few wet snowflakes will fall before the day ends. S-L-O-W improvements are expected Sunday, but cold air sticks around.

Wind chills will start out in the 20s then climb back into the 40s by the afternoon.
