Two Pitcairn officers help deliver baby

PITCAIRN — Two Pitcairn officers went above and beyond the call of duty Tuesday night when they helped deliver a baby.

Officer Peduzzi and Officer Linebarger responded to the location and helped deliver the baby girl before EMS and ambulance crews arrived.

The police department congratulated the new parents and both officers on a job well done.

Most people believe that police officers continuously are fighting crime, and forget about the other aspects of the job...
