An officer used a Taser on Vaughn, but he pulled the prong out and continued running, police said.

Vaughn then ran into a stranger’s home before going to the home of his friend, 25-year-old Shane Kumanchik.

Kumanchik allegedly shut and locked the door so police couldn’t get in at first, according to a criminal complaint. Once officers made it into the home, they found Vaughn hiding on the roof.
