Water main break sends water shooting into air in Etna

ETNA, Pa. — A large water main break Monday night had a main road in Etna partially closed into Tuesday morning.

Water shot about 10-15 feet into the air on Butler Street, at the intersection with Isabella Street, around 11 p.m. Monday.

On Tuesday morning, Butler Street was down to one alternating lane of traffic between VFW Way and Isabella Street until about 6:30 a.m.

The road reopened when crews finished up repairs.
