Woman claims she was run off road because of anti-President Trump sticker on her car

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Cranberry Township resident Barbie Palermo said she was run off the road along Freedom Road when she was headed home from grocery shopping Saturday night.

Palermo said she thinks it’s because she had an anti-President Donald Trump sticker in her window, which is now gone.

Cranberry Township police can only say they are investigating the crash and gathering information to find the driver.

Palermo said It started at a red light, with someone behind her continuously honking their horn. When the light turned green, she said the car passed her then swerved into her vehicle to avoid oncoming traffic.

It was intense enough that every airbag went off. She’s OK but is telling her story in hopes of tracking down the driver.  “We got to find that person. If that person is acting like that, they could do something else even worse,” Palermo said.   Cranberry Township police are investigating. Palermo said she’s going to surrounding businesses asking if they have any surveillance video she can look at.
