Yinz ready for Valentine’s Day? Send your valentine a Pittsburgh-inspired card

PITTSBURGH — You can now express your love for your valentine in Yinzer fashion with Pittsburgh-inspired cards and candy!

The creators of Yinzer Cards and Yinzer Bars are ready for Valentine’s Day, releasing Pittsburgh cards and a chocolate bar.

One of the cards depicts a box of “Yinzer Hearts” with Pittsburghese-inspired sayings like “Nebby 4U” and “Crazy ‘Baht Yinz.” Another card says, “Roses are red, violets are blue. My heart belongs to the Stillers but you’re definitely number two!”

The cards, of which there are three options, and chocolate bar are available at Pittsburgh-area Giant Eagle, Market District and Laurie’s Hallmark stores, as well as online at www.yinzercards.com.

A portion of the Yinzer Card sale proceeds will benefit Animal Friends. Some of the Yinzer Bar sale proceeds will go to Spenser’s Voice Fund.
