NEW STANTON, Pa. — A tractor-trailer crash has part of Interstate 70 closed Thursday morning in New Stanton after it brought down power lines, officials said.
The crash happened about 5:30 a.m. in the eastbound lanes at mile marker 56. Both eastbound and westbound lanes were initially shut down, but westbound lanes have reopened and so has one eastbound lane.
Because of the downed power lines, officials said emergency crews were not able to get to the driver of the truck at first. They later said the driver was not hurt.
