HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. — A Kentucky woman is accused of not providing adequate care to her children, causing them to be malnourished and underweight.
Hopkinsville police arrested 22-year-old Ashli Cussins on a warrant after they said she failed to provide immunizations, medical care or nutrition to her 6-month-old daughter, WHVO-FM reported. Police said the child was emaciated and had only gained 6 ounces since she was born.
