Couple accused of filming sex acts around Myrtle Beach area for adult sites arrested again

SURFSIDE BEACH, S.C. — A South Carolina couple accused of having sex on the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, filming it and posting the video on an adult website was arrested this week for similar acts, authorities said.

Eric Charles Harmon, 36, of Surfside Beach, and Lori Marie Harmon, 36, of Lexington, were arrested on Jan. 16 by Horry County authorities after a video found by police showed them performing sex acts inside a glass gondola at the Myrtle Beach attraction within view of the public, WPDE reported. The couple also allegedly performed sexual acts at a community pool in Surfside Beach, the television station reported.

Police said they found the videos on an adult website, WPDE reported.

On Tuesday, the couple turned themselves in after additional charges were filed for similar acts in the Surfside Beach area, the television station reported.

Eric Harmon faces two new counts of indecent exposure and Lori Harmon faces four new counts of indecent exposure, WBTW reported.

Both were released on $2,500 bail, the television station reported.

Lori Harmon already faces three counts of indecent exposure, two counts of participation in preparation of obscene material, and malicious injury to personal property, WBTW reported. Eric Harmon was originally charged with two counts of indecent exposure and one charge of participation in preparation of obscene material.

The most recent accusations stated that the duo had performed sex acts in a Food Lion parking lot and on a beach near Floral Lake Playground in Surfside Beach, WPDE reported. In a separate incident, the couple also recorded and uploaded a video to an adult website that showed them performing sex acts at One Ocean Place, a hotel in the Myrtle Beach area.
