Officers spotted Braden driving erratically in Nashville around 4 p.m. Friday, WZTV reported. Police pursued Braden after discovering he had outstanding warrants in Sumner County, the television station reported.

After Nashville police blocked Braden into a parking spot and approached his vehicle, according to WZTV. According to police, Braden was holding what was identified as a glass pipe with two white rocks, which were determined to be crack cocaine.

Braden allegedly began to smoke the pipe, telling police, “If I smoke all of this, you can’t charge me with this.”
