"They offer discounted dining and coupons to buy things," Vento said.
Vento said she uses the web to purchase discounted gift certificates to the restaurants of her choice.
Another site Vento recommends is Restaurants.com . She said consumers can search the area for restaurants with the best deals.
Vento said she also likes Opentable.com to make reservations so you don't have to wait when you arrive at the restaurant.
