Can’t get into Heinz Field for Steelers games? Maybe your cardboard-self can

PITTSBURGH — Only 5,500 lucky Pittsburgh Steelers fans will be allowed into Heinz Field for the rest of the season due to COVID-19 guidelines, but that doesn’t mean you can’t show your support for the black and gold.

The Steelers are offering fans the opportunity to upload a photo of themselves that will be placed somewhere in the stadium as a cardboard cutout.

According to the team, it costs $100 and there are strict rules to follow in order for the cutout to end up in the stands.

Some of the guidelines include:

  • No political statements, logos, slogans or other political content
  • No offensive or negative comments about any person or entity
  • No lewd, inappropriate or offensive photos
  • No newborn or infant photos
