Five Pittsburgh Steelers nominated for Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2022

PITTSBURGH — Five Pittsburgh Steelers have been nominated to the initial list for the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2022.

The list of 122 nominees was announced Wendesday afternoon and include Hines Ward, Heath Miller, Casey Hampton, Hardy Nickerson Sr., and Gary Anderson.

The list will be narrowed down to five Modern-Era players who will be elected to the Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2022.
