PITTSBURGH — The NFL is going to have to make some tough decisions in the coming weeks as it pertains to several topics. Players returning to facilities in a safe fashion will be paramount, but the length of the preseason would come in second on the priority list.

According to multiple sources, the NFL has reportedly decided to cancel Weeks 1 and 4 in the preseason, leaving only two preseason games for teams to evaluate and prepare for an upcoming regular season.

For the Steelers the 2020 preseason schedule would change dramatically:

Steelers vs. Buccaneers - 8/14 - CANCELLED

Steelers vs. Saints - 8/23

Steelers at Jets - 8/28
