Star Ravens QB Lamar Jackson requests a trade out of Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Star Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has requested a trade out of the organization after he felt the team was not meeting his worth, he said in a Twitter thread on Monday morning.

Jackson had the non-exclusive franchise tag placed on him earlier in the month, and general manager Eric DeCosta noted that he believed talks were both cordial and working towards an extension. In the thread, Jackson set the record straight and noted what was going on between himself and the organization.
