Steelers linebacker wants information for businesses vandalized during rioting

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Vince Williams wants to help out after a weekend of rioting and looting followed peaceful protests in downtown Pittsburgh.

He is asking for the GoFundMe information for any businesses that were destroyed.

Thousands of people marched through downtown Pittsburgh Saturday afternoon and into the evening in protest over the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. The demonstrations turned violent near PPG Paints Arena as police vehicles were set on fire. It led to rioting and looting throughout the downtown area. Pittsburgh officials reported 60 businesses were vandalized or looted in some fashion.
