PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Penguins are holding “Mike Lange Night” on Tuesday, Oct. 19 when the team hosts the Dallas Stars at PPG Paints Arena.
Lange, 73, retired as the team’s play-by-play announcer in August after 46 years as the voice of the Penguins. He will be the guest of honor at the game.
All fans in attendance will receive cheer cards featuring one of Mike Lange’s famous sayings to use during the game. There will be in-game tributes and video memories in honor of Lange’s retirement.
The puck drops for the game at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now.
