CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby laced up his skates Wednesday to teach kids how to play hockey.

One hundred youngsters received golden tickets to participate in the event at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry Township.

The event was for Crosby’s “Little Penguins Learn to Play Hockey” program.

“It’s a unique opportunity with other guys who also came out today, coaches, making sure they are having fun and having a good experience,” Crosby said.
