The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a * Flood Watch for a portion of western Maryland, southwestern Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia. * From Thursday morning through Friday evening * Moderate to heavy rainfall will occur Thursday and Friday as tropical moisture spreads northward from the Gulf of Mexico.
