Rain moves back in for the second half of the week

PITTSBURGH — It will be wet Wednesday, but it won't be a washout. Showers will move in before sunrise-with a period of steady rain possible before noon. After lunch, the bulk of the rain will wind down, with several dry hours before sunset.
