Cold start to Friday morning

PITTSBURGH — It’s a quiet and cool start to the day. Make sure to put on a thick jacket or coat for the kids as they get on the bus.

There will be sun and clouds this morning, then more clouds this afternoon. The clouds will come before rain from Ian moves in and gives Western Pennsylvania showers late this evening and tonight.
