Cold temperatures continue Saturday as winter storm draws near

PITTSBURGH — Wind chills start out in the single digits this morning. Highs will reach the 20s, and wind chills will be in the teens. Clouds will increase throughout the day.

You have Saturday and the first half of the day Sunday to prepare for the winter storm. The winter storm moves in Sunday PM through Monday.
