Rounds of showers push through region next few days

PITTSBURGH — Several rounds of showers will move through the area over the next few days, but it won’t be rain nonstop.

The first round of wet weather will impact your plans after lunch and into the evening Wednesday. Showers may develop into a steadier rain at times after sunset, but there will still be breaks when the rain lets up.

If you do make a last-minute run to the grocery store though, take the umbrella with you.

Showers will be in the area early Thursday, but rain will be ending for most areas before noon. It will be breezy at times too, something to consider if you are planning an outdoor lunch or dinner.
