Dying winds, dropping temperatures as weekend comes to a close

PITTSBURGH — Grab your coat before you head out as a change is in the air. Temperatures will be in the upper 30s this evening with lighter winds.

Tonight, it will be cloudy with lows in the mid-30s. Winds will be light and variable. There's a chance of some patchy drizzle Monday morning, otherwise expect a mostly cloudy sky. Highs will be above average and in the low 50s.

Tuesday looks to bring mild weather with highs in the mid-50s. We'll have a chance of spotty showers as a warm front lifts north across the area with the most favorable area for rain south of Pittsburgh.

A few shots of rain and snow will come during the middle of the week with a bigger weather system set to move in next weekend. That one could bring a wintry mix of rain, freezing rain, sleet or snow.
