Rain showers, isolated storms push through into Sunday

Saturday was another unseasonably warm day. At 5 p.m., the temperature was 80 degrees in Pittsburgh and two degrees off from a record temperature.

Widespread showers will move in Saturday night, mainly after 7 p.m. Isolated thunderstorms are also possible with the strongest storms containing gusty winds.

Temperatures will fall into the mid-50s overnight. The rain showers should end before sunrise. Rainfall amounts of 0.50 to 1 inch will be possible.

Sunday afternoon will bring another chance of showers with highs in the mid-60s. It will also be another breezy day.

Next week will feature cooler weather with chances for showers through the first part of the week.
