Chilly temps before sunny Friday afternoon

PITTSBURGH — Thursday night, the sky stays quiet, and lows fall into the 20s.

Grab the winter coat if you head out for a walk around the block early Friday, with temperatures starting the day in the low 20s. You may need to shed a few layers by the afternoon though, as sunny skies and winds from the south push highs more than 20 degrees into the mid 40s.
