Foggy start, mostly sunny Saturday expected

PITTSBURGH — Plan for a foggy start in some spots early Saturday.

Visibility could drop as low as 2-3 miles, making it difficult to see bikers, joggers and other folks sharing the road. Fog will gradually lift out before noon, leaving a mostly sunny afternoon.

The Air Quality forecast for Saturday is moderate, which means that people unusually sensitive to air pollution may be mildly affected.

Dry weather sticks around Sunday, but you’ll want to plan for warmer temperatures if you’re wrapping up outdoor projects.

Highs will climb into the mid to upper-80s, starting a stretch of summer heat that sticks around through next week. Another round of 90-degree days is in the forecast through Wednesday.
