PITTSBURGH — Clouds early with isolated showers early but gradual clearing is expected through the afternoon. Winds from the south and some clearing will push temperatures into the mid-50s later today. Another round of wet weather returns this evening with the chance of a few thunderstorms. A stronger to severe storm is possible with 45+ mph winds.
Much colder air rushes in by Friday morning changing leftover rain showers to snow showers. Temperatures will stay steady in the mid-30s through the day with wind chills in the 20s. There will be a chance of slick spots developing Friday, especially after sunset.
