PITTSBURGH — Watch for a few slick spots early Thursday especially on bridges and overpasses. Colder air will change rain to snow before sunrise, leaving a coating to as much as an inch of slushy accumulation throughout the area.
Most of the snow will stick to grassy areas but temperatures below freezing could cause wet roads to freeze.

The bigger story will be how cold it will feel with wind chills struggling to get out of the teens and 20s. After a chilly start Friday, temperatures will rebound into the 40s. By the weekend we’ll make it back into the 60s.
