Rain showers slowly pushing through Wednesday evening before clouds break Thursday

PITTSBURGH — Several lines of showers and storms are pushing through Western Pennsylvania Wednesday evening.

Clouds overnight will breaking, giving way to more sunshine through the day on Thursday. Most of the area will stay dry. A few isolated shower may pop up from time to time, but rain chances are low.

A similar weather story unfolds on Friday with high temperatures both days in the mid to upper 70s to around 80 degrees.

The weekend looks mainly dry too, but a stray shower or storm could move through the area Saturday. The when and where of the forecast are still coming into focus.
