Significant temperature swing Thursday ahead of next round of rain

PITTSBURGH — Mother nature will send us a sweet gift Thursday -- milder temperatures!

We'll start below freezing, then winds from the south will quickly push us into the 40s before noon. Most areas will have highs near 50º by early afternoon.

INTERACTIVE RADAR

You may need the sunglasses at times too, but clouds will thicken up late in the day ahead of the next system bringing rain.
