Strong showers, storms moving through

Meteorologist Kevin Benson's extended forecast (9/1/19)

Strong showers and storms will cross the area tonight, the main concerns are strong downpours leading to flash flooding and strong, gusty damaging winds.

A Flash Flood Warning is in effect for Allegheny County until 1 a.m.

The humidity will remain high through Monday and a few showers and storms are possible at times on Labor Day, any storm that does occur may include heavy downpours.

By late on Monday drier air will move in on a northwest wind delivering more comfortable conditions for Tuesday before another front  produces showers for Wednesday.
