PITTSBURGH — Dress in layers as you head out Wednesday, with milder temperatures moving in by the afternoon.
Wind chills will dip into the low 20s early, but by the afternoon, temperatures will climb into the low 40s. A winter coat, hat and gloves will be needed for any early walks, but a sweatshirt or sweater should be fine later in the day.
Clouds and sunshine stick around Thursday with highs in the mid 40s. A winter chill is set to move back in by the weekend.
Dust off the umbrella for Friday as more than a week of dry weather will come to an end. Rain showers will mix with snow showers through the evening. Colder air will keep snow showers off and on through Saturday.
