Slight chance of showers Saturday; steadier rain into Sunday

PITTSBURGH — It’s shaping up to be a 50-50 weekend, with wet weather returning to disrupt your plans. Saturday will be the drier of the two days, bringing only a slight chance for showers late in the day. The showers will mainly be concentrated south of Interstate 70.

A wave of steadier rain moves in late Saturday through early Sunday before gradually ending by noon. A second round of showers and possible storms will develop around dinnertime and continue through Monday. Be sure to check the live Severe Weather Team 11 forecast on Channel 11 for updates and have the Severe Weather Team 11 app with you when you head out.
