PITTSBURGH — High pressure will aid in quiet weather for this Good Friday. There will be sunshine and mild temperatures for most of the day. Winds will be a bit breezy at times, flowing in from the southwest at 10 to 15 mph and gusting near 30 mph.
A wind advisory will be in effect for our entire viewing area from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m.

The weekend will be split. Rain returns Saturday with another system, and that system will also bring cooler air. Sunday will be dry, but much colder.
Have your coat on when you go to sunrise service. Sunday morning temperatures will be in the 30s. Clouds hold tight in the morning, then face by midday. Even though the sunshine will be back, highs will only reach the lower 50s Easter Sunday.
