Rain moving in after beautiful weather on Sunday

PITTSBURGH — After a beautiful Sunday, we’ll watch the clouds build in overnight with a slight breeze developing.

You’ll need your umbrella before you head out the door Monday as we’ll be tracking a chance for a spotty shower in the morning. Showers will become more widespread in the afternoon.

Temperatures will rise overnight into Monday morning with temperatures generally in the 40s. They’ll climb to the 50s during the day. It will be a bit breezy from time to time with gusts up to 20 mph.

Showery skies will continue into Tuesday and so will the mild weather. Overall, look for about 0.30 to 0.60 inches of rain for the Pittsburgh area with higher amounts of up to 0.75 inches in eastern counties.
