Temperatures will start low Thursday, sunshine expected in afternoon

PITTSBURGH — Who ordered the Fall Chill again? Temps early Thursday will dip into the low to mid 40s again, about 10 degrees below normal for this time of the year. Areas of fog could slow your commute too, so allow extra time to get where you’re going.

The rest of the day will be fantastic!

Sunshine will help temperatures climb back into the low 60s. We’ll keep the stretch of dry weather going through Friday, then watch rain from Ian as it tracks north.

Right now, the forecast brings the chance for showers both Saturday and Sunday, but the forecast will change. Stay with Severe Weather Team 11 as we track the system and potential impacts to your weekend plans.
