Temperatures will be in the teens with wind chills near zero throughout the day.
There is still a flood advisory for Allegheny County in effect until 1 p.m. Sunday.
This comes following the flooding of the 'bathtub' section of the Parkway East, which caused multiple vehicles to be trapped and rescues of two drivers.
Several counties are under Wind Chill Advisories until 10 a.m. Sunday, including Fayette, Forest, Indiana, Preston, and Westmoreland counties.
Monday will see a slight warm up, though temperatures will fall again by Tuesday.

Walking and shoveling snow will be difficult on the icy surfaces-allow extra time, walk slowly and avoid boots or shoes with smooth soles and heels, such as plastic and leather soles. Instead, wear shoes or boots that provide traction on snow and ice; boots made of non-slip rubber or neoprene with grooved soles are best.
