One of five men accused in an attack at a downtown Pittsburgh T station last year learned his sentence Wednesday.
Ryan Kyle was sentenced to 3-6 years in prison.
Kyle and four other men are accused of taunting a man, Kevin Lockett, with racial slurs before attacking him on the platform at the Wood Street station after the Kenny Chesney concert on May 30. He and three of the men involved accepted plea agreements in February.
PITTSBURGH — “There's no justice here,” said Lockett.
A judge revoked Kyle’s bail when he pleaded no contest to charges of ethnic intimidation, aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit robbery.

"He certainly realizes that because those words did come out of his mouth, that it's something he needs to take a hard look at," said Al Burke, Kyle's attorney.
David Depretis, Kenneth Gault and Matthew Laplace pleaded no contest to criminal conspiracy and endangerment charges. They were sentenced to six months’ probation, ordered to perform community service to benefit minorities and undergo drug and alcohol testing.
Lockett told Channel 11’s Aaron Martin that he will be dealing with what happened for the rest of his life.
“I can't hardly see. I'm disoriented a lot from concussions,” said Lockett.
The judge has ordered all five men to pay for Lockett’s medical bills.
