FOX CHAPEL, Pa. — Two pairs of American bald eagles will be officially named at Beechwood Farms  on Saturday at 12 p.m..

These eagles are located at the Harmar and Hays nesting sites.

A naming committee will narrow down the entries of names submitted from a local elementary school, and from these selections, the public will have a chance to weigh in on the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania website.

The current top contenders for eagles at the Harmar nesting site are Boston for the male eagle and Hope for the female eagle.
