Updated:GIBSONIA, Pa.,None — Pine Richland High School was evacuated on Tuesday after a bomb threat was reported at the school.
Pine Richland communications director Rachel Hathhorn said students at the school were moved to the middle school after the threat was found in a high school restroom.
Hathhorn said when the threat was discovered the school initiated its safety response team.
Police are sweeping the building to check for any dangers.
Parents should not pick their children up early, school officials said. Hathhorn said they expect the students to return to the high school when police complete their investigation.
