"Steelers babies" dressed in black and gold at local hospital
MT. LEBANON -
Steelers fans are in a frenzy ahead of Sunday’s wild card playoff game against the Dolphins, and even the youngest fans are showing their pride.
The newborns at St. Clair Hospital are wearing Terrible Towels and Steelers beanies, thanks to the nurses who work there. The nursery also has a sign that makes it clear that, “You’re in Steeler Country.”
Hospital communications manager Bob Crytzer said St. Clair Hospital was the first in the Pittsburgh area to dress its newborns in black and gold gear. He said the hospital will continue its “Nursery Nation” through to playoffs, and hopefully, to the Super Bowl in Houston.
