Northern Regional police and officers from other nearby departments spent four hours searching for the man after they were called to a home in Marshall Township.
Police said Domville was involved in a physical altercation at the home with his father, who was cut with a steak knife. When police arrived, they said they found Domville's father bleeding from the mouth and hand and Domville missing.
“Fighting over a car accident that happened earlier in the day got heated and turned violent,” Capt. John Sicilia, of the Northern Regional Police Department, said.
Officers first spotted Domville behind a tree near the intersection of Wexford Bayne Road and Davidford Drive, but he ran off. Police spoke with Domville on the phone several times, but he refused to surrender.
Officers pinged Domville’s phone and found him at Soergel Orchards.
“It's a large piece of property, and it took almost four hours to apprehend him,” Sicilia said. “They were able to set up a perimeter and contacted him by cellphone and were able to talk to him to come out and give himself up peacefully.”
He was arrested shortly before 5 a.m. behind the main farm market building.
Domville is charged with aggravated assault, fleeing from police and simple assault.
