One person was injured in a traffic crash just before 10:50 a.m. on southbound 79 in Washington County Saturday in Cecil.
One vehicle went over a guiderail near the Southpointe business park and down a hillside and burst into flames, state police said.
The motorist was taken to UPMC Mercy, state police said. One of the two southbound lanes was blocked while crews worked at the accident scene, police said.
