PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh police say they’re investigating after several reports of stolen mail in Shadyside.
Channel 11’s Timyka Artist reported that one of the victims caught the thieves stealing packages from her doorstep two times.
Artist spoke to one victim who said a package containing luggage from Amazon was recently stolen from his home. He said Amazon replaced the items, but it’s still very concerning.
Pittsburgh Zone 4 police said the crimes have been happening about twice a week for the past month, though investigators could not say if all the crimes are related.
